Suzanne Florek, Founder A Chicago chef trained at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) and a graduate of the Indiana University Business School, Suzanne knows food – and the business of food. She has years of experience running fine dining restaurants and has enjoyed a freelance career in New Product Development. Suzanne also has three teenage (and always hungry) boys and an encouraging husband – all of whom provided inspiration and support for the creation of Salty Fig. Her philosophy: keep your life in the right balance with food, friends and family. Arlo Leach

Kelley Clark After receiving a BA from University of Southern California in Film, Kelley moved back to the Midwest. She worked as a draftsman and a project manager, before she settled into an animation studio for 5 years where her love of design flourished and her dreams to open her own studio took root. She opened Relative Marmalade, LLC in 2011, to bridge the gap between kids that make fantastic art and adults that want to keep it.
