Maple-Mustard Glazed Salmon

4 (6-oz.) salmon fillets, thawed if frozen
1/4 cup maple syrup
3 tbsp. coarse-grain mustard
2 tbsp. light brown sugar
Fresh parsley (optional)

1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly coat shallow baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place fillets, skin side down, in baking dish.
2. Whisk together muaple syrup, mustard and brown sugar in a small bowl. Pour over salmon.
3. Bake for 15 to 21 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with fresh parsley if desired.
