Ingredients:

1 14 oz can diced tomatoes
1 10 oz can orginal Rotel
⅔ cup small onion, roughly chopped
1 tbsp. roughly chopped garlic
¼ jalapeno, seeded or not (depends on how spicy you like it)
1 tsp. honey
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. ground cumin
½ cup loosely packed cilantro leaves
juice of 1 lime

Process: Makes about 28 oz.

Put all the ingredients into a food processor (or blender) and pulse for 5-10 seconds until all the ingredients are finely chopped and salsa is desired consistency.

PRITY IDEAS:

Garnish salsa with stem of fresh cilantro.

Serving suggestions:

Serve with warm, crisp baked tortilla chips.
