Crisp Cranberry Relish

1 package fresh chopped cranberries (put half of package in blender or food
processor and chop, move to bowl, chop other half)
1 cup sugar
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 Tablespoon lemon juice

Combine all these ingredients and let sit in fridge for 24 hours (or so)

2 hours before serving add:
1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced Granny Smith apple
1/2 cup walnuts
