Ingredients

4 ripe tomatoes, chopped

3.5 oz chopped onions

4 fresh red chilies (preferably if available chiles serranos) finely chopped

.7 oz chopped fresh coriander

Pinch of sea salt

3 teaspoons fresh lime juice

Directions

This classical sauce or salsa will be served in any mexican restaurant and should be made with good quality ripe tomatoes.

The perfect match for antojitos and mexican wraps. Chop the ingredients with your knife and do not use a blender.

A very spicy dish! (adjust the amount of red chilies if you prefer less spicy).

In a bowl, mix the chopped tomatoes, onions, chilies, coriander, salt and lime juice.

Stir well.

Serve in a serving bowl.

Prepare the salsa one hour before dinner, so that the flavours mix well.
