Fig It!

Simple Soup, Green or Red, Good for Health:

Pick up any Green vegetable- Green Capsicum, Broccoli, Cabbage, Carrots, one Tomato and boiled Chick Peas or frozen Green Peas. Boil or micro wave adding lots of Coriander powder, fresh Garlic or powder, little Turmeric powder and salt. Blend and serve hot. A small portion each night is so good for digestion!

For Red Soup, just pick up Red Capsicum instead of Green and add lots of frozen Corn instead of green Peas. I make them alternately each week and we both enjoy the appetizer each night!
