Waldorf Salad

red delicious apples 1/2
golden delicious apples 1/2
Granny Smith apples 1/2
red grapes 1 oz
celery, medium dice
toasted walnuts, roughly chopped 3/8 oz

Dressing:
basic mayonnaise .75 oz
sour cream .75 oz
salt 1/8 t
ground black pepper pinch
lemon juice as needed

1.Cut apples into medium dice. Cut grapes in half.
2.Mix together all dressing ingredients and season as needed. Fold in apples, celery and walnuts.
3.Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate up to 8 hours. This salad should be made same day served.
