Fig It!

Ingredients:
Toasted Pine Nuts 1 1/4 oz.
Minced Garlic 1 1/2 tsp.
Basil Leaves 3 oz.
Grated Parmesan 1 3/4 oz.
Olive Oil 3 fl. oz.
Salt 1/2 ts.
Ground Black Pepper 1/2 tsp.
Directions:
1. Combine the pine nuts, garlic, basil, and parmesan in a food processor fitted with a metal chopping blade. Process to blend.
2. Add olive oil with the processor running and process until smooth. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Refrigerate.
