5oz pine nuts
1oz minced garlic
12oz basil leaves
7oz grated parm
12fl oz olive oil
2tsp salt
2tsp black pepper
1) combine nuts, garlic, basil, and parm in food processor fitted with metal chopping blade process to blend
2) add olive oil with the processor running and process until smooth. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. cover and refrigerate until needed
