2 red apples
2 golden apples
2 granny smith apples
4 oz red grapes
dressing:
3 fl oz basic mayo
3 fl oz sour cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tap black pepper
lemon juice as needed

1/3 stalk of celery peeled cut into med dice
1.5 roughly chopped toasted walnuts

1. cut apples into med dice cut grapes in half

2. mix together all dressing ingredients and season as needed fold in apples celery and walnuts

3. serve immediately or cover and refrigerate up to 8 hours this salad should be made the same days its served
