Pepper jack and oregano crackers

8 1/4 oz ap flour
8oz shredded pepper jack cheese
2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
4 oz veg. Oil
4 oz water
Spice mix:
1/4 tsp cayenne
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp kosher salt

1. Combine flour, cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper in a food processor or by hand. Add water until dough forms a cohesive ball that pulls away from sides of bowl

2. Divide the dough equally into pieces, wrap, and refrigerate. Combine the spice mix ingredients

3. Roll dough through pasta machine to 1/8 thicknes

4. Cut dough or shape and place on doubled sheet pan sprinkle with spice mix



5. Bake at 325 until golden turn and bake until med golden brown 15-20 min
