Use 4 sheets of filo dough. Brush each sheet with melted butter. Cut into squares and place butter side down into mini muffin tins.
Mix ricotta cheese with lemon juice, lemon zest, basil, and chili peppers. Place in filo cups. Garnish with something in the cheese, for example, lemon zest.
