Palmiers with Prosciutto

4 oz Blitz Puff Pastry sheets
1 oz tomato paste
6 prosciutto slices
.375 oz finely grated Parmesan

1.Lay out puff pastry sheets and brush each with a small amount of tomato paste.

2.Lay thin slices of prosciutto over puff pastry and dust with cheese. Roll long sides in toward center. Cut into slices 1/4 in thick and arrange on parchment-lined sheet pans. Cover with a second sheet of parchment and bake at 400 until golden brown, about 10 minutes.


*Chill puff pastry before cutting.
Don't cut before freezing.
