Universal, 5 minute Egg Sandwich

The Universal Egg Sandwich is one of the simplest, and most completely satisfying, and versatile food items in modern civilization.
In its most basic form it is quick to prepare, and satisfies all ages from toddlers to great grand parents. Not messy.

Here is the quick version:

One piece of bread (preferably toasted).
One egg
One Tbs butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Small frying pan
Spatula

Melt the butter in the pan.
Break the egg into the pan.
As soon as the egg begins to set, break the yolk and stir it a few turns with the spatula.
Now form the egg into the approximate shape of the bread.
When the egg sets, flip it, and continue to fry until the bottom shows signs of caramelizing.

Slide onto the toast, sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Voila!

GARNISHES, VARIATIONS, AND UP-GRADES.
-Add some chopped ham while stirring the egg
-Sprinkle with Tobasco or Worcestershire sause.
-Top off with some arrugala and/or a slice of tomato
-Add a slice of cheese after flipping the egg
