Beer Mustard with Caraway Seeds

Ingredients:
Dark Beer 3 fl. oz.
Eggs 1 1/2
Dry Mustard 1 oz.
Salt 1/2 tsp.
Worcestershire Sauce 1/4 tsp.
Packed Brown Sugar 1/2 oz.
White Wine Vinegar 1/2 fl. oz.
Caraway Seeds Toasted 3/4 tsp.
Directions:
1. Combine beer, eggs, mustard, salt, worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, and vinegar and mix well
2. Let rest at room temp for 1 hr.
3. Cook in a double boiler over boiling water until thick and smooth
4. Add caraway seeds and mix well
5. Transfer to a clean storage container. Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
