Fig It!

Ingredients:
Vegetable Oil 1/4 fl. oz.
Red Onion, thinly sliced 6 oz.
Honey 1 1/2 oz.
Red Wine Vinegar 1 fl. oz.
Red Wine 1 1/2 fl. oz.
Salt as needed
Ground White Pepper as needed
Directions:
1. Heat oil in saute pan over high heat. Sweat onions
2. Stir in honey; cook the mixture until onions are caramelized
3. Add the vinegar and wine; reduce until almost gone
4. Adjust seasonings with salt and pepper
5. Cool & transfer to clean container. Refrigerate up to 2 weeks
