Ingredients:
Puff Pastry 2 oz.
Tomato Paste 1/2 oz.
Prosciutto Slice 3
Parmesan, finely grated 3/16
Directions:
1. Lay out the puff pastry sheets and brush each with a small amount of tomato paste.
2. Lay thin slices of prosciutto over puff pastry and dust with cheese. Roll long sides in toward center. Cut into slices 1/4in and arrange on parchment lines sheet pans. Cover with a second sheet of parchment and bake at 400F until golden brown, about 10 minutes
