Peach Jam

1 c Peaches, chopped, pitted
1.875 c sugar
.5 oz lemon juice
2 T liquid pectin
Combine peaches, sugar, lemon juice, and pectin in saucepan and heat to a rolling boil. Place in sterilized ball jar, clean the rim, close with sterilized lid and band. Place in boiling water for 10 minutes. Check that lid is drawn downward when finished.
