3 fl oz pure olive oil
3 fl oz extra-virgin olive oil
.75 orange, zest only, cut into 1 x 3 "

1.Combine both oils and heat to 140 degrees. Do not leave oil unattended - it warms very quickly.

2. Add orange zest. Transfer to a storage container and refrigerate to infuse overnight.

3.The next day, taste the oil and strain if the flavor is good. If stronger flavor is desired, allow to infuse longer.

4.Cover and refrigerate. Use within 3-4 days.
