Serve with fresh vegetables, bacon strips, crackers or on a sandwich.
Candied Bacon with Benedictine might be considered a heavenly snack. Just lay your bacon on parchment paper on a baking sheet and sprinkle with some brown sugar, place in a 350 convection oven for 20 minutes, turning and watching carefully, so it doesn't burn.
A mint Julep tastes fantastic with it!
