Serving suggestions

To serve more than one cocktail at a time, pre-batch the base.
To make about a half gallon of “base”, mix 20 oz of pomegranate juice & 5 oz tangerine juice with 10 oz of syrup in a large pitcher.
Refrigerate this & keep chilled. To serve, pour 2 oz of the mixture in a champagne flute & top with sparkling wine. This way you won’t be shaking all night.

Ingredients:

1 oz pomegranate juice
½ oz Jo Snow Tangerine Lavender Honey syrup
squeeze of tangerine juice (about 1/4 oz)
Sparkling wine

Method:

1. Shake the juice s & syrup with ice.
2. Pour into champagne flute.
3. Top with sparkling wine.
