This hot toddy would be fabulous with a number of Jo Snow syrups and a number of different spirits. Experiment to find your favorite combo using this as a base recipe. Try bourbon and cardamom rose water or rye and fig vanilla black pepper or even rum and christmas in a cup. Let me know your favorite!

Ingredients:
2 oz scotch
½ oz Jo Snow gingerSNAP! Syrup
Juice of half a lemon or to taste
Hot water, about 6 oz
Method:
1. Mix the scotch with the syrup in an 8 oz mug.
2. Add the hot water.
3. Squeeze the lemon juice on top, stir.
4. Adjust to your taste.
5. Garnish with a cinnamon stick if you like.
