Tumeric Seafood Pasta

Ingredients:

2 lbs. Mussels already cooked in a marinara sauce, and removed from their shells.

1 oz. can of baby clams

2 Tablespoons peeled and chopped turmeric root.

1 clove garlic, crushed

1 tablespoon olive oil.

2 cup fresh (or frozen) shelled crunchy beans. Preferable fresh chick peas

1/2 cup chopped parsley and scallions for garnishng

Grated parmigian cheese to taste

Preparation
1. Gently heat the marinara and shelled mussels sauce, and baby clams.
2. In a small pan sauté the olive oil, garlic, turmeric, and beans. The turmeric will create a change of color to the garlic.
(about 3 minutes). Add to the marinara sauce when done

3. Cook one package capellini pasta (3 min)

Serving:
Serve the Seafood Marinara sauce, pasta, and garnishing in separate bowls, allowing each guest to prepare their own proportions.

Provide a chunk of Parmagiano cheese with grater for the final topping.
