A traditional hot brown is served in an individual casserole dish and is heated under the broiler right before service. You can also make these on a sheet pan and then transfer them to a serving platter, adding more sauce at that point. The bread is important we made ours with English Muffin bread. The turkey can be roasted or Deli sliced, if you use the Deli sliced we like Boars Head Honey Maple Roasted.
