**To make this recipe "gluten free" make sure you buy gluten free soy sauce.

Use this marinade for chicken, pork, shrimp or beef.
| Shrimp marinate for 20 minutes
| Brochettes marinate for 30 minutes
| Satay skewers marinate for 30 minutes
| Breasts/cutlets/chops/steaks marinate for 30-60 minutes
| Thighs/legs marinate for 30-60 minutes
| Whole chicken 2-3 hours

Teriyaki Marinade:
Ingredients:
1 cup Mirin wine
1/2 cup saki
1/2 cup soy sauce (use a Gluten Free soy sauce if you are GF)
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons grated fresh ginger
2 large cloves garlic minced

Method:
1. Bring the Mirin, saki, and soy sauce to a simmer.
2. Add the sugar, fresh ginger and garlic
3. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
(this can me made up to 3 days in advance)

Use this marinade for chicken, pork, shrimp or beef.
If you are using beef, we recommend flank steak, skirt steak or brochettes. It can also make a hamburger tasty.
