This sauce keeps for weeks in the fridge. It can be used on leftovers, sandwiches, salad dressings, and cold meat.

Ingredients:
2/3 cup peanut butter, (we like Jiff creamy)
1/2 cup black tea
2 Tablespoons soy sauce (use gluten-free, if that is healthy for you)
2 Tablespoons rice vinegar
3 teaspoons sesame oil
4 teaspoons Sirachi, or another chili sauce
2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
1 teaspoon goguhang
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Method:
1. Combine all the above ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk until a creamy sauce forms.
2. Add additional chili sauce, per your preference.
