3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons white granulated sugar
3 tablespoons ketchup
4 tablespoones olive oil
1 garlic clove, finely minced
salt and pepper to taste

Whisk above ingredients in a small bowl.

Serve with cut wedges of iceberg lettuce, diced tomato and blue cheese crumbles.
