Meatball soup

INGREDIENTS

1 1/4 lbs.. ground sirloin
1 egg beaten in 1/2 cup cold water
7-8 heaping tablespoons Romano cheese
3 large basil leaves
handful of parsley
1 small onion
1 t salt
pepper to taste
1/4 -1/2 cup flavored Italian style bread crumbs
8 cups chicken broth
4 cups cooked rice

For easy chicken broth 1 double pack Mrs. Grass chicken noodle soup


DIRECTIONS

Add 2 golden nuggets and 2 flavor packets from Mrs. Grass double pack to 8 cups boiling water.
Combine all other ingredients except rice and bread crumbs in a large bowl. Mix slightly and mix in enough bread crumbs until mixture sticks together.Make balls and drop into soup. Bring to boil and simmer for 1/2 to 1 hour.

Serve over cooked rice and top with cheese.
