Ingredients:
1/2 cup yogurt, Greek
1 cup spinach, packed, fresh
1/2 pear, ripe
1/4 avocado, ripe
1 Tablespoon honey, local
1/2 banana ripe
1/4 cup quinoa, cooked
1/2 cup orange juice, fresh squeezed
1 cup ice

1. Place all of the above ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth.
