This is the perfect platter of grilled meat and vegetables to serve at room temperature during the summer time.

Ingredients:
12 each chorizo, spicy
2 bunches scallions, trimmed, washed and peeled of outer layer
2 bunches asparagus, trimmed, washed
4 Tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt, Kosher
One recipe Roasted orange peppers
Chives
Method:
1. Grill the chorizo, break each chorizo in half, set aside.
2. Sprinkle the scallions and asparagus with the olive oil and salt, grill.
3. On a large serving platter combine the chorizo, scallions, asparagus, and roasted orange peppers.
4. Garnish the platter with long fresh chives and chive flowers.
