We really like the nutty flavor of whole wheat bread when it is toasted. If you happen to have a lot of leftover bread, make a bunch of croutons and store them in your freezer.

Ingredients:
Whole Wheat Bread, leftover
Olive oil
Salt, Kosher
Black pepper
Oregano, Greek
Method:
Preheat oven 350ºF convection or 375ºF bake
1. Cut leftover bread into cubes.
2. Drizzle with olive oil.
3. Is so desired, sprinkle with salt, pepper and oregano.
4. Bake until golden brown about 10 minutes.
