Bake, Side, baked beans, cannellini beans, bone sucking' sauce
Yield: Serves 8-10
Ingredients:
4 ea. (15.5 oz) Cannellini beans
1 jar (16 oz.) Bone Suckin' Sauce
1/4 soy sauce
2 teaspoons dry mustard
4 slices Speck or Proscuitto
Method:
Preheat oven to 350ºF Bake of 325º convection
1. Combine first four ingredients in a 9X13 casserole. Lay the slices of Speck or Proscuitto on top of the beans.
2. Place the casserole in the oven and bake for 40 minutes until the Speck/Proscuitto is crispy and the beans are simmering gently.
Serve warm or room temp.
