1-2 lb. skirt or flat iron steak
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup bourbon
1- 1 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.) garlic powder
Make sure steak is cool or close to room temperature (not frozen.) Place in plastic food bag and add marinate ingredients. Close bag and shake loosely. Let marinate anywhere from 40 minutes to 4 hrs. (If longer than 40 minutes, return bag w/ steak into fridge.)
Once marinated, place on grill at med heat (375-400 degrees) for about 20 minutes.
If cooking in oven, spray a roasting pan with Pam. Place steak on roasting pan and put in 400 degree oven. Bake for about 25 minutes (check after 15-20 minutes.)
After taking off heat, let rest about 10 minutes before cutting.
