Macaroni and Cheese for the Football Team

6 lbs of macroni

6 lbs of velvetta

3 sticks of butter

I lb of cheddar

8 ounces of sharp cheddar

1 gallon of 2% milk

Salt, pepper, Franks hot sauce

2 9 by 13 pans.

Total time 1 hour 45 minutes

Preheat oven @ 350 degrees

Cook your macroni al dente
Divide 3 lbs.each macroni in 9 by 13 pan.
1 ½ sticks of butter in each pan
Add 3 lbs of velvetta to each pan
1/2/gallon of 2% milk in each pan

20 min. cooking time talk out the pans and stir and rotate pans.( stirring keeps the mac/cheese creamy)

10 min.later stir.

20 minutes later and salt, pepper, & hot sauce to taste, add divide 1 lb of cheddar.

Last 10 min. add sharp cheddar salt, pepper and hot sauce, and stir.

You can use Colby or pepper jack for you cheeses as well. Depends on your taste.
