Corn & Black Bean Salad

2 cups fresh or frozen whole kernel corn
2 15-oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 15-oz can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
1 small red onion, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
1/3 cup snipped cilantro
1 clove minced garlic
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped very finely

2 TBSP lime juice
½ cup olive oil
½ cup vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
½ tsp ground pepper
