					Serving suggestions
					These Favas are easy to heat just before serving.
Serve warm with Bruschetta and Manchego or a type goat cheese.  Membrillo (quince paste) or fig jam, Proscuitto or Jamon Serrano is a welcome addition.  
They are also delicious tossed with thin warm spaghetti, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, garden ripe tomatoes and fresh basil.
