Grilled Chili-Rubbed Flank Steak

1 lb. flank steak
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon coriander
Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Season flank steak on both sides with the salt and pepper. In a small dish, combine chili powder, cumin and coriander. Rub the spice mixture onto both sides of the steak.
Grill about 5 minutes per side. Transfer to a cuttingg board, and let rest about 5 minutes. Slice on the diagonal. Can be served hot, or refrigerate until serving.
