Roasted Chicken with Oriental Marinade

Ingredients
Serves 2 persons
2 pieces of chicken leg
1/2 tablespoon fish sauce
2 tablespoon coconut milk
10 gram coriander with roots, finely chopped
2 pieces of garlic, peel and finely chopped
1 tablespoon chinese rice wine
1 tablespoon dark soya sauce
1/2 teaspoon ginger, peel and finely chopped
Pinch of white pepper
Pinch of salt
Directions
A delicious easy to make roasted chicken in the oven. Nice to serve as a main dish with some side vegetables, a side dish or even as a snacky. Finger licking good!
Method:
Clean and wash the chicken. Pat dry.
Add the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and stir.
Marinade the chicken thoroughly with the mixture.
Leave the chicken to marinade for 20 minutes.
Roast the chicken in the oven at 350 degree Fahrenheit/ 180 degrees celsius for 55 minutes.
Serve immediately.
Best serve with chili dip sauce.
