Thai Ginger Chicken

Ingredients
Serves 2 persons
8 ounces/ 250 gram chicken fillet, cut in medium sizes
2 garlic, peel and chopped finely
1/ 2 ounce/ 20 grams mushrooms, clean and cut slices
1 ounce/ 40 grams red capsicum, cut thin slices
2 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 small onion, peel and cut in thin rings
4 tablespoon sunflower oil
Pinch of white pepper
2 tablespoon ginger, peel and cut in slices
Directions
In a pan, add oil. when the oil is warm add garlic and sauté until light golden brown.
Add chicken, fry for 2 minutes on medium high fire and add the rest of the ingredients.
Stir fry until chicken is cooked.
Serve warm.
