Pumpkin Streusel Muffins

For additional Mix ins try one or two of the following: 1 cup of lightly toasted walnuts, 1 cup cherries, 1 - 12oz package of semi sweet chocolate chips.

Serve the muffins with hot apple cider garnished with whipped cream. For the over 21 crowd add a shot of Italian Tuaca to the cider.
