Fig It!

1 can TJ's White chunk Chicken
1 can TJ's Northern or Pinto Beans, drained. [I used Northern Beans.]
2 jars TJ's Chunky Salsa (16 ounces each) [The recommended salsa was too hot for me, so I replaced 2 jars with 1 jar plus about half a jar of some plainish pasta sauce I had around.]
1/4 cup TJ's Balsamic Vinaigrette [basic vinaigrette, so you could easily just use other, or combine your own olive oil and balsamic vinegar and salt/pepper)
Optional Garnish: Shredded Mexican Cheese.

Combine first four ingredients (but not cheese). Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with Cheese and serve. Serve with sour cream [I used drained, room temperature plain yogurt] and corn bread or nacho chips.
