Rel Club Parmesan Popovers

Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 cup sour tapioca starch
1 cup tapioca starch
1/2 cup corn oil
1 cup milk
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 pinch salt
Method:
1. Place the eggs, starch, oil and milk in a blender and mix well
2. Briefly mix in the cheese
3. Adjust the slat if needed
4. Bake in greased muffin tins at 350 for 25-30 minutes
5. Let stand 5 min before serving
